As most of you already know, hackers are everywhere. They don't care about the game and what they are doing to everyone else on the server. One bad apple. So, hackers (if you can really call yourself one), here's what FSK405 has to say to you. This is a video done by a couple hardcore, never hack, diehard supporters of the Urban Terror Community making fun (as we all do) of a pathetic, can't-win-to-save-his-life, lonely, bored 'hacker'. Go back to playing Solitaire, noob.
I Have always respected FS and never wanted these maps to begin with but some don't understand that. I would rather stay in good standing with them and continue to receive the benefits of that than have a illegal map hosted on my server(s).

New MapCycle!!!!!!
The new Mapcycle for August is in operation on the main FSK405 server. All maps in this cycle are 4.0 and can be downloaded from our site. Users must be registered and logged into this website to see the download button within the main menu. August's mapcycle has 18 CTF, 1 FTL (Follow-The-Leader) and 1 TS (Team-Survivor) maps to mix it up a bit. Once again thanks to everyone for their continued support of this Brand-new Server!! After countless hours of configuring the server it seems as smooth as ever, well done Ghozt!! Enjoy the Cycle!
Recently I made the decision along with Frog to go ahead and buy a New Server! We purchased a DELL PowerEdge 840 with a Conroe 3040 Xeon Core 2 Duo 1.86 With 1 GB DDR2, 1066 MHz FSB, 250GB SATA HDD, and 100mbit uplink with 2500GB Bandwidth data transfer limit!
The Servers New Main ip is 74.53.204.82 You can join the FSK405 UrbanTerror Server or the FSK405 Public TeamSpeak2 server on that IP or simply use the Domain(s) FSK405.org / FSK405.com

Hello fellow UrT players! We have a new mapcycle…finally.
Enable Auto-Download to quickly get your maps. FSK405 June mapcycle has a nice mix of old 3.x. maps, 4.0 maps and new 3rd party maps with CTF, TS and Bomb gametypes. We felt it was important to continue our support for old school maps that still play well and are not missing vital textures. To the 3rd party mappers…thank you so much!…Keep ‘em coming please! Once again, FSK405 would like to personally thank everyone for their contributions to our server, both monetarily and from the input we receive. Without YOU, we could not run this server or offer the wonderful services so many people work on here at FSK.
For people that do have a problem using Auto-Download the maps are available to download by using the download link in the upper-top-left. If you can not see the download link then you are not logged into our website using your username and password. Please join our website to use this service.
Also, lighting in 3.x and 4.0 are vastly different, which causes the 3.x maps to appear darker then the 4.0 maps. There are different ways in which you can change your gamma. First, you can change your slider bar in the User Interface, but you can only slide the bar so far. Second, you can bring down you console, then type in /r_gamma to find your value, andd then change it accordingly. I use 1.8 for 4.0 maps and 2.6 for 3.x maps. Third, you can write a bind for this if you want to get fancy, as I expect many of you will do. Simply open your q3config.cfg (or autoexec.cfg) that is located in your %\Quake III Arena\q3ut4 and add two lines. bind 'key' r_gamma “value�
Here are a few examples: bind o r_gamma "1.8" bind p r_gamma "2.5"

In the sprit of UrT third party mappers we have created a mapcycle that includes 4.0 and 3.x maps.Most of the 3.x maps are not playable within 4.x but we have found a few that are playable and still fun.At this time we are only going to have these older maps on our Q3 PB Chicago server and then gradually add 3rd Party maps to our IO server in the coming months.There is one gotcha by doing this as the 3.x and 4.0 maps lighting is completely different.You will have to change your gamma accordingly.

We are running 2 Urbanterror servers 1 is a standalone at FSK405 ioUrbanTerror 4.0 kickassctf.com|0ms|207.44.182.28:27960
Which is the standalone version and you should really download ioUrbanTerror.exe (note please follow the standalone install directions ie:install to your C:/programfiles/quakeIIIareana/ folder for easiest install!) After installing ioUrbanterror correctly you can use the icon that it installs on your desktop/quicklaunch to play on ioUrbanterror servers by clicking the Play Online button in the ingame menu. All seeing Eye or other ingame browsers will only start you up with quake3 right now unleass you manual change your gamestartup in the app itsself untill ase can support both *.exe's..
Our other server ar the Chicago server at FSK405 UrbanTerror 4.0 Chicago|0ms|69.90.115.67:27960 This server is running Quake3 and PB so you would join this server regularly as you usually did before with ASE or other game browser.
FSK405 is hosting the Urbanterror files and you must be a registered member of Kickassctf.com to download these files though our Downloads section. If you are experianceing bad FPS drops you should really try to use ioUrbanTerror! It has also been rumored that the q3 version will be slowly fased out, but dont quote me on that! If you need any help getting any version of the game installed and running We have forums here or you can go to http://forums.urbanterror.net and even IRC on irc.Enterthegame.com #urbanterror for help getting set up.

After nearly 7 years and four major versions, FrozenSand, LLC (formerly Silicon Ice Development) is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of Urban Terror (v4.0). As mentioned on Urban Radio with Oswald this past Saturday (March 24), the upcoming release will take place on Sunday, April 1 (Time TBA on our web site). No fooling, this is not an evil April Fool's Day joke the development team is playing.
The release will begin with the Urban Radio Release Party followed by news on the Urban Terror web site that will contain links and release information. Some of the features of the new release include:
• All new player models, skins and animations. • New hit detection system • 20+ updated levels of terror • 8 new Urban Terror levels • Addition of statistics to the UI. • Updated user interface • "funstuff" to personalize your character • New features: Power sliding, goomba stomp and hot potato • Standalone version (used with Q3 or any open sourced Q3 engine)

They held a vote or whatever about the top 10 UrbanTerror Personalities and I ranked in at #1 woohoo! Makes me feel kinda good for being recognised for all that I have done in this community and even without it, I'm glad to do it and would continue doing it even if no one knew my name! Its just a great learning experience and its fun at the same time.

Finally Februarys’ Mapcycle!
Our apologizes to the faithful that expect the Mapcycle to be changed in a more timely manner, but Dank was on vacation and I didn’t have the motivation so here it is…Enjoy. Since this is a short month with only 28 days and being ten days into the month already, Dank and I decide to not out too many SID maps in the cycle.
